2012 ADVERTISING RATES AND GUIDELINES

Advertising Agreement and payment can be completed online at www.hillsidechapel.org- Send artwork via E-mail to oboth@hillsidechapel.org

Ads may also be submitted in person at the following locations:

- OBOTH table in Church's Poole Road lobby each Sunday through Nov. 20, 2011
- Hillside Business Office Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm
- Place ad and payment with agreement form in the OBOTH mailbox in the Hillside
administrative hallway (No cash please)

LAYOUT SUBMISSION:
Color or black & white art will be accepted. All ads must be submitted complete and ready for placement. Digital files are preferred.

FILE FORMATS ACCEPTED: doc, pdf, ai, psd, jpg, tif. E-mail digital files to: oboth@hillsidechapel.org. Compact Disc (CD) submissions are also accepted.

There is a $25 layout and design charge per ad for hard copy submissions, payable at time of ad placement. A proof of the designed ad will be submitted for approval prior to publication. All ads placed by E-Mail will be accepted upon receipt of full payment.
