Guide Lines for 2011 Calendar

All ad copy and payments must be received by July 27, 2010

We have space for 72 ads. All ads will be placed on the bottom row of the months. If more than

72 ads are sold, additional ads will be placed on a separate sheet at the back of the calendar.

Advertisers may choose the month they want their ad to be placed. If there is a conflict with a

month, the calendar committee shall decide where the ad will be placed.

Advertisers get one free calendar for each ad placed.

Ad size 1 ¼ x 1 ¾ with six lines

Single Color Block Ads $ 85 each (Includes cost of logo if any)

The same ad on all 12 months - $935 (one month is free)

Full color Ads $95 each (Includes cost of logo if any)

The same ad on all 12 months - $1045 (one month is free)

Double ad (2 Blocks) 1 ¼ x 3½ $170 for single color; $153 for full color

Triple ad (3 blocks) 1¼ x 5 ¼ $204 for single color; $288 for full color

Full Banner (6 Blocks) $425.00 for single color; $475 for full color (one block free)

An advertiser may run the same banner all 12 months only if no other ads are sold. The cost for

single color full banner for 12 months is $5100; $ 5700 for full color
